What personal data we collect and why we collect it
NewGia collects your data only when you feel a certain form on our site, personal data we collect from users and site visitors are used for the purpose of collecting. When visitors Post, Ask Questions, leave comments or reply to a question on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help Spam detection.
After approval of your post, question, reply or comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment and reply.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Users are responsible for the media they upload on NewGia, In case of copyright infringement, StoreJammer will not be held responsible and appropriate formal email should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org reporting right infringement and StoreJammer will take action immediately.
Our contact form captures only Your Name, email, and website if provided, and the personal information is stored in our site database for reference purposes and is discarded after over a period of 1 year when it is no more needed.
StoreJammer.com does not use the information submitted to them through this means for marketing purposes.
